My personal mission is to help nonprofits pursue and fulfill theirs. 

Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations both large and small, local and global, addressing a broad range of missions (everything from medical research, to education, to reproductive health and rights). I offer interim leadership, board development, strategic planning, major gifts, and much more. My experience has prepared me to quickly assess what an organization needs and to deliver on those needs for short- and long-term success. HIGHLIGHTS

Interim Chief Development Officer Roles - In my experience, the role of the interim leader is not simply to "keep the trains running," but to create a situation that paves the way for the permanent leader. I have done that for many organizations, including assisting with recruitment, hiring, and training; improving internal systems, and coaching and mentoring board, executives, and team members. 

ASAP for Growth & Sustainability - I developed the Assessment Strategy & Action Plan as a comprehensive tool to help organizations learn from internal and external stakeholders where they are and to determine their future. Through this process, I work with teams to create realistic, yet aspirational goals, strategies, and plans.
