Mission Driven Consulting (MDC) partners with nonprofit organizations to strengthen fundraising programs and build the internal capacity needed for long-term sustainability.

Founded in 2016 by Hannah Zollman, MDC draws on Hannah’s experience leading nonprofit development teams in Washington, D.C., and New York City. She launched Mission Driven Consulting to provide nonprofits with practical, strategic support across all stages of organizational growth, from start-ups to mature institutions navigating change, transition, or expansion.

Under Hannah’s leadership, the Mission Driven Consulting team works closely with executive leaders, boards, and staff to clarify priorities and strengthen development efforts. Our work spans strategic planning, major gifts strategy, fundraising and grant writing, financial sustainability, board development, staff recruiting, executive coaching, and content creation. Across all engagements, we focus on building durable systems that help organizations fund their work more effectively and sustain impact over time.

While each engagement is unique, much of our work falls into three core areas:

• Strategy: organizational assessments, fundraising and development planning, and team development to align mission, goals, and resources
• Talent: executive coaching, staff training, and board engagement to strengthen leadership, accountability, and fundraising confidence across the organization
• Capacity Building: donor relations, grant writing, systems and infrastructure, and digital communications that support sustainable growth and long-term impact
