Pinky Vincent Shubert, CFRE
Pinky Vincent Shubert, CFRE is a nonprofit executive, coach, and consultant who works with mission-driven organizations on governance, fundraising, and leadership through growth and transition.
Pinky has directed major projects with clear results, including a citywide campaign with 160 organizations that returned $11 million in tax refunds to 10,000 working families in New York City. She has led economic mobility and youth development initiatives, organized issue-based coalitions, and secured multi-year public and private funding.
As the Managing Director of Clarezza Insights LLC, Pinky steps into interim leadership roles during transitions, co-facilitates strategic planning and staff retreats, and coaches leaders to strengthen internal collaboration and culture.
A frequent speaker and facilitator, Pinky has presented on board governance, fundraising, and team leadership at various conferences, such as the AFP ICON, Nonprofit New York, and WOC Symposium.
Pinky brings a governance and fiduciary lens to her client work. She currently serves on the Global Board of Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), where she volunteers on the Finance Committee overseeing an $11M budget. AFP advances philanthropy through its 25,000 members in more than 240 chapters throughout the world.
