Better Business Bureau is an institutional member and frequent collaborator of the Association. Luana will share six key points from the BBB Standards for Charity Accountability that your nonprofit clients might be overlooking. Last year these six were the top most-missed charity standards – and they are even more relevant now, in pandemic times. You’ll want to share these practices with your nonprofit clients!
