Interim Leadership Circle

Please join us on Monday, November 10th from 10-11am (ET), for the virtual bi-monthly convening of the Interim Leadership Circle, a members-only community of practice. This group is for members who are currently serving, or have served within the past two years, in interim leadership roles. 

Organizations, like songs, are collections of individual elements that can be a discordant cacophony or a fluid harmony. As an interim, some of the biggest challenges we face are around culture and staffing models. For this session, we will look at three actual case studies (with theme songs!) from interim assignments that grapple with the challenges around staffing. 

Prepare for an interactive and informative discussion that will give you insights for your next engagement and leaving you humming. 

This month's speaker will be Claas Ehlers, Director of Executive Transition, Support Center 

The goal of the Interim Leadership Circle is to assist members who are interim leaders in building and maintaining thriving consulting practices that include this unique aspect of nonprofit management consulting. The group strives to create a supportive space where all can share openly. This is a member-led group and its content and format may evolve as needed to better serve its members. The meetings are intended to share knowledge, build skills, and foster collaboration and community. 

There is no charge to attend any of the Association's Circle meetings, but registration is always required. Meetings are held on the third Monday of alternating months from 10 - 11am.
