Barbara Kavanaugh:
The Assessment Phase of Interim Leadership

An interim executive's initial organizational assessment acts as the crucial first step in preparing the foundation for the next leader—much like inspecting and evaluating the ground before anyone starts building the house. The session will focus on how the assessment
  • identifies what’s already solid,
  • pinpoints areas that need strengthening, and
  • clarifies the work required

to ensure the incoming leader has a stable, reliable base on which to build.

Please join us on Monday, March 16th from 10-11am (ET), for the virtual bi-monthly convening of the Interim Leadership Circle, a members-only community of practice. This group is for members who are currently serving, or have served within the past two years, in interim leadership roles.

The goal of the Interim Leadership Circle is to assist members who are interim leaders in building and maintaining thriving consulting practices that include this unique aspect of nonprofit management consulting. The group strives to create a supportive space where all can share openly. This is a member-led group and its content and format may evolve as needed to better serve its members. The meetings are intended to share knowledge, build skills, and foster collaboration and community.

There is no charge to attend any of the Association's Circle meetings, but registration is always required. Meetings are held on the third Monday of alternating months from 10 - 11am.

If you are a prospective member and would like to receive a one-time guest pass to check us out and participate in this Circle, please email info@npspecialists.org.

Please contact us to discuss any accommodations you may need to fully participate in this program.
